Fred is owner and Broker of Gunther Properties, which he launched in 2006. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate specializing in complex commercial transactions. Fred has been instrumental in the growth and development of downtown Pensacola. In 2006, he partnered with architect Scott Sallis and the City of Pensacola to develop The Lofts on Intendencia creating much-needed professional housing downtown. Since then he has served as Chairman of the City of Pensacola's Zoning Board of Adjustments for several years and is a Trustee and Officer of the Community Maritime Park Associates Board. He is currently developing Galvestown, a mixed use development on Palafox Street in downtown Pensacola.
In addition to being owner/broker of Gunther Properties, Fred holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This distinction notes recognized experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry who are also part of a global commercial real estate network with members across North America and in more than thirty countries. Of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, 9,000 hold the CCIM designation. Fred has also been a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Developpment Association, since 2007. NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owner and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate.

Lynn comes to Gunther Properties with over 22 years of proven success in commercial real estate property management. Starting her real estate management career in Birmingham, Alabama, with Sloss Development she managed iconic buildings including Pepper Place and the former Southern Living headquarters. At Daniel Realty Services she managed The Daniel Building, the headquarters of Compass Bank, now BBVA. From there she moved to Washington, DC to be near family; there she worked for REIT Management and Research LLC managing their Northern Virginia portfolio, 500,000 sf of office space. During her time in DC she also worked for Cushman and Wakefield managing historic Flour Mill in Georgetown along with five other properties. When those buildings sold she then was hired by JLL, to manage The Evening Star building, 1101 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, a Trophy, Class A iconic building on the DC Historic Registry owned by KanAm-Grund, Frankfort, Germany; when in 2010 the building sold to TIAA, one of the largest institutional investors in the nation, she was asked to stay on and continue to manage The Evening Star building. She managed The Evening Star through two Presidential Inauguration parades hosting the Secret Service and other law enforcement during the inauguration events. While there, she was awarded by JLL for her quick response and management of a water incident. During her time managing for TIAA, Lynn was a TIAA’s top performer for sustainability and performed at the “Excellence Level” in the TIAA’s Governance Operation’s Audit. Under her leadership tenant satisfaction was at an all-time high with the major long-term tenant stating that her team was the best they had experienced. In 2016, at CBRE Lynn managed 1100 N. Glebe Road, Arlington, VA for AEW. Lynn’s strength is attention to detail in maximizing the value of an investment with trained focus on tenant retention and satisfaction.
Lynn is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College with a BS degree in Business Management. She has a Florida Sales Associate real estate license and an Alabama Associate Broker real estate license. Lynn is also a certified LEED Green Associate and a leader in Energy Star ratings by producing results in energy cost savings and performance. Lynn has been vacationing in the Pensacola area with her family for over 35 years and is very excited about “coastal living.”
Michael is originally from New Orleans Louisiana. He graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with a degree in Business and Marketing. Following graduation, he began working in the banking industry and eventually became a VP in real estate lending and was in charge of managing and selling the bank's Real Estate Owned (REOs). In addition to his banking career, he began building and investing in new construction real estate deals ranging from single family dwelling to small commercial. He also became a licensed Real Estate Broker in the New Orleans area and still holds that license today. During his banking career, Michael would often visit the Panhandle of Florida for long weekends and weekly. He visited Florida so often, coworkers and friends would say “you go there so much, why don’t you move there permanently?” He did in 2002, to the Pensacola area, to initially invest in and build new construction beach houses. He has developed and sold new beach houses on Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach and Perdido Key Beach. He is also a realtor and has sold condos and other properties on the beaches and in the City of Pensacola. Not long after moving to Pensacola, Michael discovered an area on the fringe of Downtown Pensacola, called East Hill, that he thought had tremendous potential. He soon began developing single family dwellings, townhomes and small commercial properties in that area. Michael is currently a realtor with Gunther Properties, a commercial brokerage in Downtown Pensacola.
