Two applications submitted by Strategic were approved for funding by Florida Housing in RFA 2022-206 - HOME Financing To Be Used For Rental Developments In Certain Hurricane Ian Impacted Counties, which will result in one 32-unit multi-family development of senior housing called Sovereign at Parkside East and another 32-unit multi-family development of family housing called Sovereign at Harbor West, being built on these sites. The purchase price was $1,150,000.
