Lofts on Intendencia, Pensacola, FL

The Lofts on Intendencia is a workforce housing townhome project developed on property formerly owned by the City of Pensacola. Fred Gunther, along with architect Scott Sallis, completed the development of the units on time and the buyers were required to meet income restrictions in order to purchase. The project resulted in the conversion of vacant city property and a significant increase in property tax revenue to the City of Pensacola Community Redevelopment Agency.

City of Pensacola Police Department

Represented the City of Pensacola Police Department to find space for its Vice and Narcotics unit. Successfully negotiated the lease of the space within budget.

Pensacola International Airport

The City of Pensacola has purchased properties in the proposed commerce park area for a number of years for the future development of an Airport Commerce Park. Prior to Gunther Properties being engaged, the acquired commercial properties were not being actively marketed and had vacancy rates several times higher than the market vacancy rate at that time. Gunther Properties handled the marketing and leasing of vacant commercial space within the proposed Airport Commerce Park area, resulting in an increase in the occupancy rate of these commercial properties by 17% within a one year period and substantially increasing lease revenue to the City of Pensacola.
