Gunther Properties recently closed on 5.31 acres of vacant land 2/3 mile west of Davis Highway on Olive Road. This property previously had a development order for a 31 lot subdivision called Bevington Estates. Gunther Properties represented the seller in this transaction.

QCTM Lease, Pensacola, FL

Gunther Properties worked with QCTM on the long-term lease of 3,855 square feet of space at the Medical Center Clinic tower, located at 8333 N. Davis Highway in Pensacola, Florida.

QCTM is a division of Leidos, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company.  QCTM has maintained a contract to perform VA disability exams with the Department of Defense for over 25 years.

This transaction represents the largest land sale in Northwest Florida in the Pensacola MLS system within the past 11 years.  The timing of this sale was very important and Fred worked on this transaction for over 4 years. 111 lots in Bridlewood subdivision sold to DR Horton on 12/14/17.  The sales price was $3,500,000.
