Fred Gunther Takes Lead as Number One in Commercial Sales for 2016

At the close of 2016, Fred Gunther with Gunther Properties ranked number one in the Pensacola Association of Realtors multiple listing service for commercial sales volume.

Several multi-million dollar sales this year pushed him to the front, including the $2.3M sale of the former Cox Communications Pensacola Headquarters and the former Newpoint School on Pensacola Boulevard for $2.9M. Both buildings have been largely vacant for years. 

Regarding his approach, Fred stated “our strength is understanding the best use for a property and identifying the right buyer. We are proud we can play a part in the continued revitalization of this area.”
