Troy Stepherson and Fred Gunther Win PowerBroker Award for Top Leasing Deal in Pensacola

 

CoStar recently presented Gunther Properties with the PowerBroker award for closing one of the largest retail lease transactions in Pensacola for the second quarter of 2021.

 

Troy Stepherson and Fred Gunther worked with the landlord and Troy worked with the tenant, Holly’s Adventurers Learning Academy, in the leasing of approximately 6,516 square feet.
