CoStar, the worldwide leader in real estate data, presented the Quarterly PowerBroker Top Leasing Deal award to Gunther Properties after closing one of the largest leasing deals in Pensacola for the second time in 2021.
In the fourth quarter of 2021, Troy Stepherson and Fred Gunther with Gunther Properties leased the 4,220 square foot Class A office space to Integrity Financial Group of Northwest Florida at the full asking lease rate. The space was previously home to the local corporate office for Humana HUM (NYSE).
Gunther Properties was also awarded Quarterly PowerBroker for Troy Stepherson and Fred Gunther brokering the lease of a 6,500 square foot space in the second quarter of 2021.
