Troy Stepherson, CCIM, recently closed on two adjacent commercial lots in the East Hill Neighborhood. He worked with the sellers on each parcel, one of which was off-market and required probate before it could be sold. At the time of the sale, these lots represented two of only nine parcels with C-2 zoning designation along the 9th Avenue corridor in the downtown area.
